ATTRACTIONS

A must-see is the Cave of Petralona between Nea Moudania and Thessaloniki, 60 kilometers (37 miles) away.
Also worth a visit is the city of Mount Athos on the Athos peninsula on the eastern side of Halkidiki.

Thessaloniki Airport (SKG): Approximate driving time is 1 hour 30 minutes and distance is 74.5 miles or 120 kilometers.

Driving directions from Thessaloniki Airport:
By car, follow signs for Nea Moudania and then for the Kassandra Peninsula. From there follow signs for Pefkohori which is the village where the Atrium Hotel is located. As you enter the village, drive through until you reach a small roundabout and follow signs for the hotel.

Buses run from the airport to Halkidiki bus station in Thessaloniki. From there, take another bus to Kassandra and Pefkohori. The bus fare is approximately € 7-8.

A taxi from the airport will cost approximately €60-70.
